Since all window and floor coverings purchased from KAZAGE are custom made to the customer’s specifications and measurements submitted by the customer, each product is custom crafted and therefore no returns can be accepted other than for manufacturer defects. At KAZAGE, we stand behind every product we produce. We carefully inspect and test every product before it goes out the door, to ensure you receive the highest quality product at all times. However, since we are humans, in the unlikely event when there is a manufacturer error, or some other problem with your order please contact us at the showroom or mail us as customerservice@kazage.com so that we can address the issue immediately. 

All claims must be made within 15 days of receipt of product.

In the event of a manufacturer error we will repair or replace the product free of charge. KAZAGE reserves the right to repair or replace the product at our discretion. In some instances we will send the product to the manufacturing facility if our customer representatives are unable to address the problem. We are at all times committed to turning around all repairs and replacement quickly, which happen very rarely. However, If a product is returned and there is no manufacturing defect, then the customer will be responsible for all shipping charges.
