Since all window and floor coverings purchased from KAZAGE are custom made to the customer's specifications, each product is custom crafted and therefore no cancellations are allowed once production has begun. As you would appreciate, we have very aggressive lead times and look to put orders into production as quickly as possible.
In the event that you need to change or cancel your order please contact us within 48 hours at customerservice@kazage.com so that we can see if we can catch the order. However, in the event of the product already been taken into production, there will be no changes, cancellations, or returns. We regret the inconvenience caused to you due to our cancellation policy. |
